What Can You Do on the Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal has many different functionalities that provide secure interconnectivity with you and Dundee Pediatrics PLLC. Because this is a secure way to communicate with you, documents, forms and messages can be sent to you via the portal.
Below are some of the functionalities you can access through your portal account:
Dashboard
From the Dashboard, you will have an overview of the patient's account. The Dashboard displays the next and upcoming appointments, the balance on the account, and your navigation options.
My Profile
Within My Profile, you can change your address & phone numbers, manage your saved credit cards, manage your insurance, manage your preferred pharmacies, and manage your communication preferences.
Appointments
Within the appointments, you are able to see upcoming and past appointments.
Messages
Through the messages, you we can contact you about your child's account, send you information you have requested, and you can message the office with billing and account questions. Currently, you will not be able ask medical questions through the portal.
Forms/Documents
Through the Forms/Documents, we can send you forms that need to be complete or documents you may need for your records.
Billing
Within Billing, you can see the account balance, make payment, print receipts, and print your yearly financials.
